We are solving the sizing problems people face when shopping online. The “having to return outfits because they don’t fit and look nothing like the picture advertised.” This is evident with the way social media and e-commerce work today.
People need a way to truly personalize their fashion discovery and a place to find real, relatable people not just off-the-rack models and unrelatable influencers. Both brands and people suffer from this.
79% of consumers say clothes look different on them compared to the model in the picture, and brands lose 190B dollars every year, sizing mistakes being the main reason.
To solve this, we have built a fashion discovery app that uses a proprietary algorithm with your body measurements and style preferences to match you with PEOPLE wearing outfits that will FIT you. Outfits can be bought, sold, used for inspo, or anything you want. In Klotofy, fashion discovery is relatable and it fits. It is also fun, social, and experiential.
We’ve built the core product and launched the marketplace. Next, we’re layering in subscriptions to drive engagement. From there, we’ll open up to brands via APIs to turn our feed into a curated, shoppable experience — driving value for both users and partners as we grow to 50,000+ users and $40,000 in MRR (from 5k users in monthly plan).
Our business model consists mainly of 5-10% commissions from marketplace sales, a $10/month premium subscription, and AD revenue. More information can be found on slide 6 of our pitch deck.
We’re raising $100k for our pre-seed round. The funds will primarily support product development and community-driven growth efforts.
Our focus is on hitting key revenue milestones with marketplace commissions and launching subscription models for power sellers. We see this as the catalyst for sustainable growth and future seed investment.
